New Delhi, November 27, 2024 – The Organic Cotton Accelerator (OCA) is hosting its Stakeholder Event India 2024: Scaling Organic Cotton in India on November 27 and 28 in New Delhi. Bringing together farmers, brands, suppliers, manufacturers and public sector representatives, the event aims to foster collaboration and accelerate sustainable growth across the organic cotton value chain. It highlights India’s global leadership in organic cotton production and OCA’s support for the country’s farming communities.

OCA welcomes new Chair of the Board

OCA is announcing a Board of Trustees leadership transition, as Keith Tyrell, Executive Director of the Pesticide Action Network UK, will conclude his impactful tenure as Chair of the Board at the end of December 2024. Beginning January 1, 2025, Punit Lalbhai, Vice Chairman of Arvind, will succeed him in the role, marking a new phase for OCA.
