Learning Lab: Decent Work

This Learning Lab will bring together OCA brand Contributors and Implementing Partners to explore the role of Decent Work within the organic cotton value chain. The session will create a space for open discussion on how Decent Work can be introduced and operationalised in a practical way, addressing questions around expectations, accountability, and cost. OCA will share insights from the work initiated over the past two years and position its role as a facilitator; bringing stakeholders together in a safe, structured environment to begin advancing this work collaboratively.
