• Proof of your annual turnover (e.g. a copy of your latest Annual Financial Statement, Balance Sheet, or Annual Report)

• Your organisation’s Business Registration Number

Application Summary:

OCA Contributor Application for

Once you have submitted your application, we will initiate our internal due diligence and communicate the result in about one month. After final approval by our Board, we will proceed to sign the Contributor Agreement and raise the Invoice based on the information you have provided.
